GettaMeeting™ was created for managers, supervisors, HR partners, and team leaders who are asked to develop people, guide discussion, and support workplace growth, often without extra time or resources to prepare training or facilitation materials on their own.

GettaMeeting™ was founded by Brenda Rountree and Trinda East after decades of working alongside organizations, leaders, and teams across a wide range of small businesses to large corporate environments.
We observed leaders being expected to motivate people, strengthen culture, and facilitate meaningful conversations, all while balancing many competing demands. While there was always a sincere leadership desire to create support for learning, development and connection, time and resources were usually limited.
We built GettaMeeting™ to bridge that gap. Every module reflects our belief that conversations can change how people work together, how they feel about their contribution, and how teams move forward with purpose.
Brenda brings extensive organizational leadership experience from her work with small businesses and Fortune 500® corporate environments. Her career has been devoted to supporting leaders and complex teams through major changes, professional development, and performance growth, always with a focus on people, integrity, and encouragement. Brenda’s work and education helped shape her understanding of how meaningful conversations can elevate confidence, strengthen relationships, and improve results.
